Terms of Service

1. 1.Who we are

   Wisey OÜ operates the Wisey service: a mobile app, a website and connected barriers that let drivers find, book and open private parking spaces in Tbilisi, Georgia.

   Placeholder — company registration details, registered address and the legal entities that contract with drivers, space owners and parking managers go here.

2. 2.Using Wisey

   You need an account to book a space or share one. You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your phone number current, since it is how you sign in.

3. 3.Accounts and security

   Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your phone. You are responsible for anything done from your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

   Placeholder — account closure, suspension and what happens to open bookings when an account ends.

4. 4.Bookings and payments

   A booking is a contract between you and the space owner; Wisey provides the platform and collects payment on the owner’s behalf. Prices are shown before you confirm and include applicable taxes.

   Placeholder — cancellation windows, overstay charges, refunds, payouts to owners and our service fee.

5. 5.Barriers and access

   The barrier opens only for the booked period. You must leave the space by the end of your booking or extend it in the app. Do not tamper with, force or bypass a barrier.

6. 6.Space owners and managers

   If you share a space you confirm you own it or are authorised to operate it, and that paid parking does not breach a lease, mortgage or municipal rule.

7. 7.Liability

   Placeholder — the limits of our liability for vehicle damage, loss of use, third-party actions and service outages, and the statutory rights this section does not affect.

8. 8.Changes to these terms

   We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect; continuing to use Wisey after that date means you accept them.
