Reading a street by the hour
Occupancy patterns across six Tbilisi districts, and the three shapes of demand that decide how a space should be priced.

Three shapes of demand
Residential streets fill at night and empty at nine. Office districts do the opposite. Retail streets have two peaks and a dead middle. Almost every space we have listed fits one of these three, and each wants a different price curve.
Where the data comes from
Occupancy comes from the barrier, not from a booking guess — the device knows whether the space is physically held. That makes the numbers usable for pricing rather than merely interesting.
What we changed because of it
Owners now see their street’s pattern in the platform before they set a rate, with the hours they are leaving closed highlighted. It is the single change that moved owner earnings most.
